Coldwell Banker Bainbridge Kaufman Real Estate, Inc.
Bought Bainbridge Kaufman Real Estate in 1987, franchised with Coldwell Banker in late 1987, incorporated in 1995, bought Sousa Real Estate at Conneaut Lake in 2000, bought Diane DeBaise Real Estate in 2001, bought D. Cutter Real Estate in the Spring of 2003 and Colonial Penn Real Estate in Spring of '08 (they had 3 offices). Current partners are David Schepner & Pam Willis. Implemented the "Team Concept" and continued to push the boundaries with technology. Clerical work is handled by my personal assistant, which allows me to focus my attention on marketing and sales.

Worked as an Associate Broker in Residential and Commercial Sales from 1981 – 1987.

Ted Wilson Real Estate
Appraisal Partner and Associate Broker from 1972 – 1975. I then purchased the company and assumed operation in 1975 until 1981 when I sold to Price Real Estate.
