Getting to Know Terry

From 1967 to present Terry has been there for her buyers and sellers!

I am a 6th generation "Crawford Countian" with my Great, Great, Great Grandfather Baltzer Gehr having come into the area in the early 1800's and settled around Gehrton Road between Conneaut Lake and Linesville (now referred to as Reed Ave. Ext.). My Great Grandmother Cora Wilson taught school in Conneaut Lake in the early 1900's and my father Ted Wilson got into real estate in 1957 with the Bainbridge Agency (the forerunner of C.B.B.K. Real Estate).

I grew up in the Meadville, Conneaut Lake , Linesville area...my family having moved around a bit. I graduated from Linesville High School and started in real estate when I was 18. I have attended Allegheny College, Edinboro University and Behrend College. My husband Jerry and I went to school together. He was a star basketball player and I was a cheerleader. We both went on to marry others and didn't meet again until 1990. We married in Las Vegas in 1993. A pipeline welder by trade, he now works as in inspector in same business. In addition helps me in real estate & manages our apartments.

We have 3 children & 4 grandchildren: Stephen Reynolds & grandchildren Cadence & Ian (he is the newest); Stacy Daly and her husband Tim with our oldest grandson Timmy & last but not least Mandy Hamilton & her husband Brett with Owen rounding things out. Had we known what fun grandchildren were, we would have been nicer to their parents!

We live in the Community of Limber Creek just off Leslie Road. I am handling sales in this development so it seemed like the natural thing to do. We are also landlords, owning several pieces of investment properties both the Meadville area & Hilton Head Island SC. While we float back & forth in the winter, my laptop is always with me! Our hobbies include riding bikes, playing with our grandchildren and golf (Jer's handicap is 4 and mine is 59....fortunately I sell real estate far better then I golf)!

While I specialize in new construction, highend market, and buyer representation, my real strength is in marketing homes. I work with sellers and a select number of buyers. I generally do somewhere between $4 and $5 milion in gross volume sales. Real Estate is my passion!
