Often our clients come to us for advice on locating services to help them before, during and after their move. That's why the Coldwell Banker Concierge service was created. It is designed to be the single resource for the service providers our customers need and want. Our Concierge has already done the legwork to find the exact service providers you need, so you don't have to spend your precious time searching the yellow pages or getting recommendations from others. These individuals are selected because they meet our high standards. Each vendor's professional qualifications, reponsiveness and quality of work performed are among the many factors considered.

Let me give you some examples: 1)Suppose you have just listed your home with me and during the walk through we discussed putting down new carpet in the family room (3 kids, (1)dog and a cat have taken their toll here). In addition, the trim on the exterior of the home needs painted. 2)Now you are a buyer, and the home we just looked at has a great floorplan and the right location but you need all new appliances, a garage door opener and carpeting in the lower level family room to complete the package. 3)You are new to the area, having recently bought your home through me, and were wondering about child care services and a good dentist for the family. 4)Your husband has just passed away and you are a past client of mine. You are looking for someone to do the lawncare, landscaping and also to do some painting in the basement. 5) Again a past client looking for an English tutor for your daughter for the summer (she pulled a D on her final exam). 6) You and your spouse are traveling south this weekend and wonder if there are any discounts available to motels along the way. These are all examples of "typical" Concierge requests. As you can see our Concierge will tackle anything! Her goal is to make our customers' & clients' lives a little easier.

Quite simply by being a customer or client of mine or any other agent, at Coldwell Banker Bainbridge Kaufman Real Estate! After you have bought or sold a home with our firm you will receive your Concierge GOLD CARD. This will announce to all our preferred service providers that you are a member of our program and as such, will receive priority service. All our local vendors will have a Concierge decal on their place of business, so they will be easy to recognize. Our "fulltime" Concierge will supply you with a list of our national alliances, upon request. By being a member of our program you will receive notice of discounts and special promotions as they come up. These promotions could be from either local or national service providers. I simply fill it out at my first meeting with you and give it to our Concierge. She will be in touch within (2) business days to start helping with your requests.
